Section 01Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ffa4u ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at ffa4u.cam. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on the ffa4u platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform, close your account and refrain from accessing any ffa4u services. Continued use of the platform following any published update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of ffa4u.

Section 02Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the ffa4u platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts or other incentive credits added to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by ffa4u before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on ffa4u are denominated unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Platform" means the ffa4u website, any associated mobile applications, software, games, services and content accessible under the ffa4u brand.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using online gambling services of the kind offered by ffa4u is illegal or otherwise restricted by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Section 03Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active ffa4u account, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are aged 21 years or older.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering as an agent, trustee or nominee for any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not suffer from a diagnosed gambling disorder, and you are not subject to any voluntary or court-ordered self-exclusion from gambling services.
• You have not previously had an ffa4u account suspended or permanently closed for violations of this Agreement.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Section 04Account Registration

To create an ffa4u account, you must complete the registration form accurately and provide truthful information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is accurate, current and complete.

ffa4u reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration, including during routine account review or prior to processing withdrawal requests. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. ffa4u will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

Section 05Identity Verification (KYC)

ffa4u operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme for all player accounts. KYC checks are mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. Depending on the transaction history and account risk profile, verification may also be requested at any stage of a player's activity on the platform.

Standard KYC documents accepted from Malaysian players include:

• Valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back scan
• Valid Malaysian passport — photograph page
• Valid Malaysian driver's licence
• Proof of residential address — utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, Unifi) or bank statement (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, etc.) dated within three (3) months
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document

Documents must be clear, fully visible and unaltered. Verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of submission. ffa4u may request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient. Submitting fraudulent or altered documentation is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Section 06Deposits & Payments

All transactions on ffa4u are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits may be made using the following payment methods where available:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — connected to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and other participating Malaysian banks
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. ffa4u does not apply platform-side processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

Section 07Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• The Player's account has completed KYC verification.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any claimed Bonus Funds have been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable maximum cash-out limit specified in a promotional offer.
• The minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 is met per transaction.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during operational hours (9 AM – 3 AM MYT). DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within thirty (30) minutes following approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within sixty (60) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance or where additional compliance checks are required.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ffa4u reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for transactions above RM5,000 or where unusual account activity has been identified.

Section 08Bonuses & Promotions

ffa4u periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday rewards, referral bonuses and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Section 09Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ffa4u are final once confirmed by the system. Players should verify all bet details, including stake, odds, selection and market, before confirming any wager. ffa4u accepts no responsibility for errors made by the Player at the point of bet placement.

In the event of a technical fault, data feed error or manifest pricing error that results in a bet being settled incorrectly, ffa4u reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets using the correct data. In such circumstances, affected players will be notified as promptly as practicable.

Live and in-play betting markets for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, esports and other events are subject to suspension or closure without prior notice in response to significant in-game events, technical issues or data feed interruptions. Bets already confirmed prior to a market suspension will be honoured unless there is a clear manifest error.

• Minimum bet per transaction: RM1.00
• Maximum payout per settled bet: subject to market-specific limits published on the relevant betting market page
• Parlay or accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full payout to apply
• Cash-out functionality, where offered, is subject to real-time odds and system availability

Section 10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ffa4u platform. Violation of any of the following conditions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access services or interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event or sporting competition
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any arrangement intended to predetermine the outcome of an event on which bets are placed
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any other financial crime
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Sharing or selling account access credentials with any third party
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention tool
• Harassment, threatening or abusive behaviour directed at ffa4u staff or other players

Section 11Intellectual Property

All content accessible through the ffa4u platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, images, text, audio, video, logos, trademarks and interface design, is either owned by ffa4u or licensed to ffa4u by its respective third-party content providers. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with this Agreement. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, modified or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of ffa4u.

Section 12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ffa4u, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damages arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, delay, suspension or unavailability of the platform or any service offered on it
• Loss of winnings, data, goodwill or business opportunity
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any content or information published on the platform
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's own failure to safeguard login credentials
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits ffa4u's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Section 13Responsible Gambling

ffa4u is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be regarded as a source of income, a method of clearing debts or a means of addressing personal financial difficulties.

Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Full details of these tools are available on the Responsible Gambling page.

Section 14Account Suspension & Closure

ffa4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement
• The Player is engaging in, or facilitating, fraudulent, criminal or otherwise unlawful activity
• The Player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Continuing to operate the account would expose ffa4u or its partners to regulatory, legal or reputational risk
• The Player has requested self-exclusion and subsequently attempted to register a new account

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Where an account is closed voluntarily and no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to Bonus Funds, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Section 15Amendments

ffa4u reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address held on their account or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Players who do not agree with any revised terms should cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" notice displayed at the top of this page.

Section 16Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it (including disputes concerning its formation, validity, interpretation, breach or termination) shall be subject to the terms expressly set out herein. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ffa4u platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.

ffa4u makes no representation that the services offered on this platform are legal, appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and accept sole responsibility for any legal consequences that may arise.
